Was at this today, and all I can say is what a day! Attended a few boring conferences, but between all that got to have a bit of fun too!

First interesting thing I saw (and almost shot my load when I did) was Valentino Rossi's 2008 Yamaha M1!

Then I saw something that did make me shoot my load! :p 2 models inside a glass case. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to get in, so had to settle for a pic....

The final thing which made my day is what appeared to be a GT5 demo at the Shell stand. It only featured 2 cars (Audi R8 & TT) and 1 track, with the same menu system as GT5: Prologue, but it had 1 track not available in GT:HD OR GT5: Prologue.....Le-Mans

Overall a very good day, might go back tomorrow and figure out how to get into that glass box. hehe

Also there were 2 girls that looked A LOT like those models (prob not them, seeing as I left at 4ish and it doesn't finish till 6:30pm) were standing outside handing out cards for "messages". ;)

Now I would do them in a heartbeat, but like **** am I paying.

Don't know about you mate, but when I see 2 models I tend to start thinking with my "other" head.....:p :sly:

Also, I wasn't being serious, I didn't ACTUALLY shoot my load! Just a figure of speech....

"And now I'm posed in an awkward stance because I ******, IN MY PANTS!"

I love that song. :D

No mate it was at the Shell stand, also I don't think PD Offshore is related to Polyphony Digital in any way.

Also, the woman at Shell wasn't very nice, the guy before me quit, and I got into the Recaro, then she bent over me and started fiddling with buttons for me. Eventually when we got to the menu for transmission, traction control, etc she just hit start! I said I wanted MT and she just said "You don't get manual!" even tho I saw "AT" and a drop down menu next to it with my own eyes!

This is meant to be a show to bring new projects/deals, etc. However with an attitude like that, she's not helping them in the slightest!

Was that a silly question :ouch:

About the AT/MT issue, the same thing happened to me when GT4 had just came out and I was at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, there was a motion cockpit set up with 3 screens in a wrap around sort of style, the track was New York.

The guy manning the stall told me there was no way I could use MT even though there was buttons on the back of the wheel and a sequential style stick next to the seat. I just put it down to him not knowing how easy it was to change the settings . . .
