I've tried looking all over the forum for an accurate listing of when to do all three but my results were not so great considering I got a bunch on mixed information that didn't look right.

Could someone please link me to where I can find some accurate information on when to do all three?

I tend to do it around 300 miles for an oil change and then 600-1000 miles for a total rebuild. Most people are probably the same. There is no set time to do it, you can really do it whenever you feel like it. But that seems to be the typical time to do it.

There's no set number. You do an oil change when you lose horsepower, and you do an engine rebuild when an oil change doesn't bring the horsepower back to its normal number 👍.

Thanks guys. 👍

CAMjhr did you see my thread I posted in the Q&A part of the forum? I'd like to get your input on it.

Which one? Just give me the subject, links aren't necessary.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see it. And I wouldn't, I would just find a few races and try to see how low in PP you can go and still win the race. That's a big chunk of time you're sacrificing, when you can make all the fun you want as is 👍.

I do an engine rebuild about when oil changes aren't giving me as much power as i could be getting. Usually about every 750-1500 miles, highly dependant on the car. The frame, I do about every 1000 miles or whenever it feel like the car is being more stubborn than it should be when it comes to staying stable through a turn.

This ^ when oil change doesnt restore full power.
