Oma to Wma

Hi i was wondering if anyone knew how to convert Oma files to Wma files so i can play them on windows media player thanks 👍 Ask me anything else if u need any more info.

I've never heard of OMA personally. Try DBPoweramp and grab whatever encoders you need off their site

I'd also like to add:
1) transcoding from 1 format to the other will give you a nasty hit in the audio quality
2) windows media player is absolutely awful

Emad, does EAC tag files automatically?

EAC pulls tags from freedb.org and sometimes from the cd if you want it to. It works well enough... but there are the rare few freedb entries that are improperly tagged.

Yteah, use DBPowerAmp. It should work

1. - Maybe put it at a higher bit rate? can go up to 320k on DB

2. - TOTALLY AGREE, it sucks 👎

Each compression scheme downsamples different frequencies of audio in different ways. Because of that, it's technically impossible to transcode from 1 lossy format to another without some form of quality loss.
