OMG I need help!

So today I decided to change my PSN ID to BRracing_ProtoX. Btw that's my new psn guys so feel free to add me now. The only thing I forgot was to copy my data and paste to the new account and I've deleted already so what now? Guys I am really pissed off so any help anything....would be more than welcome. I can't believe I was that dumb to do that! Argghhhh!

But where? I've searched already but it they only seem to have the PAL version and mine is NTSC version. Ohhh man I can't believe I did this....Chad you have no idea how mad I am!hahaah
