Just need a quick yes or no on this one, but are the on-line events updated and run globally ? I.E Does the UK always have the same On-line race events as the US and Japan ?

I assume the answer is yes bu8t just need to confirm.

Yes.
 
The only exception are region specific promotions such as GT Academy.

Other than that, online events are the same for all regions.
