One insignificant thing that irritates me.

I'm a bit surprised PD haven't fixed it yet. The intakes on the murcielago models still don't raise. Not that it has any effect what so ever on gameplay, but I love it in Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, when you're giving it the beans and the scoops go up. Looks awesome!

Given the Veyron has variable rear wing levels, surely it wouldn't be that difficult to have the intake raise over 140kmh or something?!

I haven't checked it in awhile, but I'm pretty sure the tach is still broken on my Stealth McLaren F1.

I thought that got fixed in the patch after the one that broke it? Or did it break again?

This is taken from Road And Track May 2002 issue:

"Keeping the engine cool is a Variable Airflow Cooling System (VACS). Two large radiators reside at the back end of the engine compartment and draw in cool air through two deep channels hidden underneath a pair of flaps. When needed, the flaps just aft of the cockpit can pivot open 20 degrees to take in more fresh air, although the drag coefficient is the increased from 0.33 to 0.36."

I guess since the game isn't programmed to gauge engine temperature they are never programmed to open.

Neither was Midnight Club Los Angeles, and they still pop up. :P
The trees bother me for some strange reason. O.o

That's because it's an arcade game with loose ties to reality.

Come on PD has to keep some legitimacy...

I remember, back when the car was launched, reading about those vents also working as spoilers at a certain speed. Have to check when at the computer again.
