Since i heard lots of fans whining complaining why there are so many car variants that looked exactly alike, I figured out this system that might solve the problem:
Take the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) for example (the base model has to be a premium car). After we select the car from the directory, we are introduced with a similiar "Gallery View" showcase like the ones in GT5. And then, you're able to choose the Model Year, Package, and Colour.
It might look a bit like this:

By using this feature, PD can actually shave off the number of "Standard" cars drastically!
And this feature can be really useful against duplicate Skylines and Miatas/Roadsters.
