Online A Spec challenge No.1 event - Only receive 1 prize even if 1st?

Hi all. I just got back into GT recently and was doing some of the online events. I remember that a while ago, whenever you won an online seasonal event or at least got in the top 3, you'd get a prize (e.g.: Helmet / Race suit). I remember that whenever I won any event, I would get the 1st place prize, as well as 2nd and 3rd place prizes but now I only get 1st place prize, a helmet and not 2nd or 3rd places, suits, with it so is this some sort of mishap on PD's part for their online events or is this a permanent change now? Thanks.
 
Currently you only get all 3 prizes and credits if you gold the time trial and drift trial events.

This ^^^
And, if its not a time trial or drift trial, but an A-Spec or B-Spec challenge, you only get the prize for the place you finished in. With the time trial and drift trial you can only each prize once. For the others, you get the prize each time you finish in that position.
