Online drivers not shoiwng in game when thy are racing!

Hello all

I am not too sure if this has been posted in before (i'm sorry if it has!) But i've noticed many a time now that when playing gt5 online, sometimes there are people racing but they are simply not showing up on track nor showing up in the position listing on my end of the game,which can lead to problems if you have cut them up not knowingly because you can not simply see them.

So i am wondering if anyone else has ever come across this little problem before?, i am playing on a old ps3 gen 1 40GB model might that have something to do with it? i would love to know.
 
yess ive had this its when you have a network incompatibility with the other person you cannot join each other talk to each other but you can be in the same lobby with each other but cant talk or see the other person. to fix it me and my freind found out that if you reset your routers at the same time then you can join each other and talk again

Check that your UPnP active and your NAT is 2 ore lower.
UPnP active is a must,this was my problem.
 
My upnp is always not available and i dont have this problem anymore
 
Is the enabling of UPnp active in the router or actually in the setting's of the console??

On the console on router its set to on or whatever
