Ive seen a few posts about the differences in physics between online and offline... but does anyone else notice the difference when switching from free run to a race (both online)?
I noticed it very badly this week when doing a league race... We were racing at Grand Valley East.... i was in a Ferrari California PP 500 with sport medium tyres.
During the free run before the race i was able to hit my spots and was quite consistant with my laps
We started the race, without changing any settings, and instantly my car was terrible...... i thought to myself its because the tyres are cold or something... but even once they were warm my car was nowhere near the same car it had been during free run.....
I didnt think much more of it and concentrated on doing the best i could..... as soon as the race was over and we were back into free run however, my car was great again.......
Same thing happened for race 2 however.
Long story short.... anyone else experiencing this? anyone got a theory on why or anything...... or any tips on tuning my car when its going to drive completely different at race time.
cheers
