For our GT5 events we use a five lap race to qualify. Drivers have an out lap, three flyers and stop on the fifth.
We collate the fastest laps and send the drivers over the line in reverse qualifying order. It sounds complicated but it works pretty well (PSN comms aside!).
Using 'Reverse from Previous Race' ordering we're able to place the grid correctly for the following race.
The reason we do it this way is so that we can save the quali replays - this is essential for investigating claims of course cutting, blocking and so on.
Here's the question; Is there any way to save an Online Free Run replay or is that facility only available in the actual races?
