Online friends ??

Another dumb "noob" question...:dunce:
I have some mates whom have given me their PSN name....
How do I search and find them ? :guilty:

I've scoured the GT5 online section of the game to no avail.....
H E L P !!

go to the XMB (PS3 Main Menu), just click the button in the middle of the controller, go to very right section, then Add Friend. enter their ID, wait for them to confirm, then I presume you can invite them to game.
