Online Help in a thingy

i have a chip on my PS" so it can play burned discs...........
but when i try to go online i cant. any suggestions?

Nope. The online servers can detect that chip, making you effectively banned from online.. the only way to get online will be to remove it.

Actually you can turn the modchip off or put it in PSOne mode, it depends on what chip you have. To put it in PSOne mode just place the game on the tray and close it, put the PS2 in stand by mode and turn it on again holding the reset button until the SCE screen appears. At least that's how it works with my modchip.

That will let you play original games online, burned games won't work if your modchip is off or in PSOne mode. You can play burned games online too, but GTP rules do not allow this kind of talk, sorry.
