Online install problem

I've had GT5P (JPN) since launch, downloaded the online mode when it came out and everything worked fine. I reformatted my HDD, re-downloaded the online mode and now I get this error. I believe the terms of service or something comes up, I agree and then the error shows up. The screen just hangs there, buttons don't do anything. Anyone know what it says/means?

I searched "online install problem" but nothing came up, in fact my last couple searches on the forums in just the GT5P forum haven't returned anything.

I've tried a couple times but when I accept the terms of service or whatever I keep getting this screen.

I guess I was wrong that the buttons didn't work; R1 zooms in on the message, lol.
 
I got something similar to this when i tried downloading it. I just changed my ps3's time zone to tokyo and then it worked. Sorry if your having a totally different problem.

I didn't change anything but for some reason it works now, whatever lol
 
haha thats the best way for problems to be solved!
 
I am getting the same problem as seen in post 1, even restarting my console or changing my time zone to Tokyo does not fix the problem for me.
 
Actually I think I realized what happened. When the terms of service (I assume that's what it is) comes up you have two options: accept or deny. If you deny it the above posted screen comes up. So if you get this screen, restart the game and select the other option. Ah the joy of playing a game in a different language, lol. :D
 
I pressed the accept button on the left, and all it does is put me back on the update details screen.
 
I don't have the JPN version, but I can translate it for you...probably no help tho.

Return to Home - use the PS button to end the game.
