Online Problems...

Well, i spend the most of my GT5 time in online lobbies, and i want to hear what people saying with their microphones...
I can't because of the noisy engine sound which is quite annoying sometimes...
What can i do???

P.S. don't want answers like "search is your friend" etc , because i was searching for a loong time
 
There's always going to the "Options" menu and turning down in-game sounds to a lower degree so you can hear the people with microphones more clearly. Or make a lobby with a microphone setting to "High Quality" so they can be more audible. Hope I helped. 💡
 
ok, tested it and worked, i went to options menu but thought race in-game sounds (or however they are called ) would reduce the microphone sound too...

It really sucks when those annoying car sounds get in the way of a race. :rolleyes:
 
Buy some Tritton headphones. Problem solved. :)
 
Headphones...earpiece...isolates the sound completely to the ears independent from the game sounds so you can have total volume control of either one, while the game is playing.
 
Scroll over the persons name and click mute.
 
Why would he click mute when he wants to hear them?
 
LOL I thought he was hearing the engine noises through other player's mics. That happens a lot and it gets pretty annoying.
