Is there a way to back out of a room without backing out all the way offline?

Also is there a way to kick somebody out of the room? I hosted a room yesterday and everything was fine except later on when I was off GT5 I checked my PSN mail and somebody was upset I kicked them out saying that iwill never get good if Ii don't race "real" racers. The thing is I DIDN'T kick him out. Don't even know how!

yes. Put the cursor on the player's name on the player's list and you will see a bunch of options, like kick player and add to friends.

It's titled "reject player" if I'm not mistaken.
