Is there a way to make a lobby for friends/people with lobby code only? I can't seem to find this option anywhere.

I can't find Laguna Seca in the online track list, but I haven't gone back to see if it is under 'Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway'. Anyone know why it is not there?

You can make private rooms by using "My Lounge". Only friends on your list can join. Go to "Community" and then go down to "My Lounge". And Laguna Seca is listed under "Mazda Laguna Seca".
 
you cannot instantly go into this tho.. in GT mode you have a settings button on the far left.. click it and then there will be a tab with "My Lounge Settings".. go to it and set up your lounge.. now go to community and click on your lounge and join.. now you have a friends only lounge :)

Laguna seca will be Mazda laguna seca raceway
