Online racing server issues

I am being disconnected from the server right after I enter the track.
Are the issues mine or across the network?

I recently switched my connection from NAT3 to NAT2.
With NAT3 I never had any issues, but couldn't host.

Now I am NAT2 and can host. When I do host, it works great.
But when I join a room, the issues arise.

My connection is stable and good. I'm uploading at 12+ Mbps and the game says my bandwidth is high.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Never mind. I think the issue was the change from Daylight Savings Time in the US. Updated the PS3 time and all is working properly.
