Is it just me, or do you find yourself steering more online than you do in single-player? I was just wondering if it was my connection or something else.

For example, at Suzuka Circuit, I run 1:32's offline fairly easily in the F10. However, when I tried to match those times, I spin at the 130R* online. I don't think it's my driving style, but I also think that I have a poor way of compensating the increased amount of steering vs. offline driving. I just wanted to know what's causing this problem, and what I could do to rectify it.

Thank you.

Tire width is portrayed in online, and not in offline. Is what I've heard anyways.

I would have said try tuning it in the Endurance races, but I see you are talking about the F10 which is 1 of the 3 cars that you can't do that with. Otherwise, A-spec Endurance races seem to have the same physics as online.

The differences are Tire wear and fuel consumption is on, also the 'track edge grip' is set to real. Offline you don't have tire wear and fuel consumption, other than endurances, and even then you have the track edge grip set to standard (or whatever the other option is, not real)

If you make a room and turn those functions off to emulate offline mode, you should be able to hit the same times. You should be able to set the same parameters in offline practice or arcade mode, seeing as we can't get online currently.

A common place to test this is on Cape Ring. When going around the big loop in offline mode, you can put your tires on the inside red painted strip of the loop without consequence. Do it with track edge grip set to real, and you'll unsettle the car often putting it into a spin.

Go to Practice mode and do a "A-Spec One-Make".There´s a option to set Tyre/Fuel depletion to "ON" also you can set the grip to "real".
