I feel like a lot of this game is linked to online gaming. Does anyone else agree?

It seems as though once you get to a certain point, no matter how many golds you get, you just can't continue without the boost in EP you get from playing online. Or is that just me.

That's the problem. It seems as though one would need online access to get all the golds.

There aren't any "online trophies" in GT5.

They are all "offline" trophies.

You can platinum the game without even going online.

Have you gotten stuck on some level?

As roflcoptor said, you can reach 100% completion and obtain all the games's gold trophy's without playing on-line.

However, if you don't run some of the on-line Seasonals for the easy credits and experience points, it will take a quite a bit longer.

Getting from level 35 to level 40 without the Seasonals is a chore.

I found that repeating the 4 hour Nurburgring race was the best method.

Good luck!

Yep, to get some momentum in completing the last levels you need to do the endurances. Which kind of makes sense, because at that point you've only got the endurances left to do.
