"As Kazunori began speaking, aided by a translator, we learnt that Gran Turismo 5 would have over 1000 cars in its tally. Over 800 of which fall into the standard cars list, offering casual through to sports car models, many of which make a welcome return from previous GT games. The other 200+ are premium model cars, each one beautifully recreated from the engine outwards to satisfy any petrol-head.

Although all of the cars are perfectly modelled, the premium cars offer little extra touches of detail that the standard cars don't. For example, only the premium cars have fully recreated interiors and the standard cars aren't designed to take structural damage in crashes. Asking why this was the case, Kazunori honestly replied that it was simply down to the painstaking amounts of time it takes to re-create them all. When you see the level of detail, it's amazing they were able to do even 200 of them."

Thats not a bad thing imo. I was expecting something like this to happen or we would have been waiting another 5 years.

Hopefully a dedicated team can keep working on interiors and Premium details after the game has shipped with periodic updates. I'd be happy with that.

Interior is till not sinoymus with Cokpit.

Also notice this:

"only the premium cars have fully recreated interiors and the standard cars aren't designed to take structural damage in crashes"

It does not say "only premium cars will have interior views".

You should reconsider the title of the OP because it is very misleading at this point.

No, there is interior cam in all cars and premium cars also gets cockpit damage

According to this article, the "closed door session" that we have heard about appears to have already happened. It hasn't. It's 2 A.M. in LA. I personally think that this article is fake to begin with.

I agree with this.

To the OP: Intentional or not, you are fear-mongering. You have taken words and either misread them or simply twisted them around. Period.

You've posted this in 2 other threads already, so we don't need yet another one spamming up the forums.

And as Amar, and others, have pointed out, interior view does not neccessarily equal cockpit view.
