I want to hold an open track day this Sunday, October 11 at 12:00pm MST (3:00pm EDT / 7:00pm UTC). The room will be open for 2 hours, with the following schedule:
  • 7:00 - 7:30 | Any street car up to 500pp
  • 7:30 - 8:00 | Any street car over 500pp
  • 8:00 - 8:20 | Spec Miata Practice
  • 8:25 - 8:35 | Spec Miata Qualifying
  • 8:40 - 8:55 | Spec Miata Quick Race
The room will open at 6:55pm UTC and follow the schedule above. You are free to come and go as you please, and the Spec Miata race will move forward with 5 or more participants. If there are not enough to do the race, then we'll continue the random car open track.

Tuning specs for the Miata race will be announced shortly. (Edit: See below)

The track will be a user created track called Castle Creek, and is not based on a real location.

As much as I love Spec Miate and want to show up for this, I have already signed up for something this Sunday.:(:indiff:

Will be happy to see you get a good turnout!

This may expand into some "themed course creator track days" in the near future.

Look good man I'll try and participate.

Club lobby is open. ID is at the top of the OP.

Over an hour later and I was the only one in the room. So since I have things to do, I'll go do them. We'll try again in a week or two, but if the same thing happens then I won't even bother. Thanks to those that showed interest.
