Optimal 3D settings?

I tried the search tool (on iOS app) and it came back with no results so I am asking for a little help setting up my 3D.

I have a Samsung 6600 that I would like to try out properly but I have no idea how to set the 3D up.

If anyone can send me in the direction of correct settings it would be much appreciated!

I just searched from my desktop for "3d settings" and got several hits on this topic, and looks like everyone has a different opinion. Check these out when you can. Lots of good info and may give you a starting point, but in the end, the optimal settings will be unique to you and your setup.

i don't recomend using the 3d feature, sure it looks nice, but last time i used that setting i almost had my 3rd epileptic attack
