In cars such as the McLaren 12C or Ferrari 458 you can set your own preferred modes. If I feel like cruising on Gran Turismo an option of putting the McLaren 12C in normal mode should be allowed. If I am in a track day room I should be allowed to put the car in sport mode. Although this may seem a bit too big of a request(testing the car in three separate modes is a tedious process), having the option to set just the traction/stability control would be great. Same thing goes for the engine. Exhaust notes could be set to different modes. Driving a V12 Vantage normally would have the exhaust valves closed and if say a downshift occurred, the exhaust would change into a completely different sound with the flaps open.
Although this sounds like a very tedious a time consuming process, I hope that something like this could be implemented into a future GT game.
