YES!, its official that this 707HP 350Z is a pure Drift car, it drifts in the USA D1 Grand Prix, just never seen it before. I have tried to drift it but seem to have trouble shifting gears because of clutch, the shifting takes to long for me, if you want proof, just take a really close pic of that zed, front nose, look for a orange sticker.

I with you on that option stream have made many a drift car in the past why cant that be drift machine?

The Option Stream Z wa made specifically for the Silver State Classic Race.

The reason for the D1GP logo on the car is because the driver of the car (dai is his name i believe) is the founder of option magazine which is the founder of the D1gp. The logo is there for advertising purposes. Hope that clears everything up :)

Yep.. And now this thread is pending lock. Never had anything to do with Gt4 in the first place.

euhmm, isn't it (the car)in gt4? I would consider that it has a lot to do with gt4.
Now atleast the people who didn't knew the car now have seen were he came from. i found this a rather interesting thread with a good link in it.
:) 👍

But we're not talking about it in Gt4. His saying that is in the D1GP. Which isn't in gt4.

Always seemed set up kinda like a drift car to me...
I tried to race it but the back end just seemed to always step out...

i was gonna say that, too bad it got totalled within the first few miles. It would make a nice drift car, i've been tryin to set it up for drifting but the immense turbo lag is just rediculous.

Found it hard to drift also. Seems to me to be set up for max speed. High RPM stuff. (That was a wicked wreck though)

in the video they said it was the rear left tire the car then crashed the next year they made another option z but with a cross frame above the head plus they added abound about 120 hp

please don't post crap when you have no idea what you're talking about. you totally contradicted yourself in that post, and your facts are more than wrong.

if you're gonna spread false information, it's better to just not post at all.

but with that being said, welcome to gtplanet.

I was just wondering how long it was going to take people to notice........and come up with an "I discovered land" post. It didn't drift well IRL, and it doesn't in GT4. Do we really need two pages of debate over such an inane topic? Some things are better left unsaid.......

indeed....
the part I find the worst about this thread is that this is an old argument
it was covered a month ago in a D1GP car thread
i wasnt going to say anything b/c i thought this would be over quick, but anyways...

im surprised this hasnt been locked yet. theres already a few other threads about the same thing.
