Options for Euro "Prologue" import

I know it's a short time between release dates for the NA and Euro versions of Prologue. But just sounding out the options for importing a Euro version of the game.
What would the cost be for the game and freight?

Well I am a little concerned about the EU version of the game, it is coming a couple weeks earlier but they have only listed the same features as the Japanese version. While the US site lists many more cars, extra track and extra features and support. EU version should be the same but if it turns out the same as the JPN version but in english, I will wait and import the US version (assuming the listed features are true).
 
Yes, I have PreOrdered my Euro version, and now it seems there getting more? Why the hell is this, it's kinda stupid. You would think they'd make them the same so they better release a update or somthing with the extra cars.:grumpy:
 
I do believe that the EU & US version are the same (maybe just Km/h & Mph differences), and the current problem is that the US are updating the site more often & accurate than the EU sites.
Notice that the US site has list of cars & tracks while the EU don't have it (still saying "Coming soon"), and you would expect that the EU will be more update because it is closer.
 
I would assume that all 3 versions will be exactly the same at the end, because Japanese buyers will almost certanly get all EU/US extra-content as a free download.

So, if any additional content occurs, I guess regions will "share" it via downloads.

In terms of money, there will be pretty much no point importing an EU copy.
Most EU online retailers are pre-ordering the game for between £17.99 and £19.99 (about $36-39) (This is inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%, the UK equivalent to Sales Tax) and then you've got shipping etc to consider too. Whilst this is offered free to most EU customers, it wouldn't be for an order to the US and would probably add about another $20.

Yeah you would have figured that they would be the same. But you never know they could pull a swifty on us.
The main thing I was after was a (reputable) Euro based site that exports or another site that sells euro games.

(sorry legroom you got in before me) I guess it's not really worth it ;)
 
No worries Concrete.. we're all here to help each other out.

I looked at the JP version a few weeks ago after getting my PS3 and decided against importing it, on the grounds that i'll enjoy it even more when i eventually get it.

Just think....17th April is a while away BUT it's a lot closer than if PD hadn't made Prologue at all isn't it!? :lol:
