I have or can get you any car in the game, F10, F2007, X1 carbon....... i have 18 mil but im not on lvl 40
so i just want any of those X1 orange or dark blue

no you cant, you must reach level 40 to buy them, check the dealerships and you will see it says level 40 required to buy one
