Yep, in other words, there is a blank ticket spinning in the wind somewhere in Ohio. That ticket is worth $162 mil.

And the story plays out... She never had the ticket, nor was it ever hers. A completely different person claimed the prize. She even had a receipt from the store, marking the time and date she bought it.

Looks like the would be thief has used up her 15 minutes of fame, and now is going to get prosecuted for filing a false police report.

I saw the lady who claimed to be the winner. I nearly laughed my ass off. She clearly is NOT smart enough to realize her story is pure crap, and unbelieveable.

That idiot made me drive all the way to New Mexico before I heard the truth.
