For the most part Michigan completely sucks especially in the winter. Right now it is sooo beautiful here with all the trees changing that I had to get a couple pics to share. In about 2 weeks there wont be any leaves on the trees. Just brown and ugly everywhere. Then shortly after that will be snow. :indiff: But for now enjoy.

I like the variety and array of colours in the last picture. Beautiful.
 
Very pretty. We have the same foliage here in Mass, particularly central Mass.

When there is ice on the trees, it can look real pretty too.

Very wide roads you have there.
 
What incredible scenery. And you say it's going to snow aswell. I wish we had proper seasons in England like you have. We'ed be lucky if the leaves fell off the trees (joke).
 
Our trees looked like that a few weeks ago. Now they are just about bare. :indiff: Sad days coming, indeed. On the plus side, snow and ice make you a better driver, right?
 
I live in the desert. Not much changes from Summer to Winter. We get some nice blooms in Spring but that's it. No colors at all. If you drive to the mountains you can see a lot of yellow, but no reds or oranges. Those pictures make me want to move back to the upper Midwest. I'll even take the snow and cold.
 
very beautiful colors 👍 the trees around here just turn yellow, it can still be very beautiful, but I love the red leaves. Like firebird said, the trees here have pretty much lost all there leaves, but here is a pic I took a few weeks ago (I live right by a park, so I took this after about a 5 min walk from my house) :
