You might want to work on the grammar, because it's easier to read when the grammar is correct.

Physics. I don't agree that it's poor. Top speed is too high, it's probably the wind resistance that is too low. It does have a big impact on tracks like Route X and Daytona, but less of an impact on other tracks. Low speed (like, just above 0) physics is a bit dodgy as well, the way that cars tend to slide. But for circuit driving I'd say that the physics are pretty good. They could always be better, simulation is just a representation of reality, it's never 1:1 with reality.
How can you have real world physics for a car that doesn't exist? Because physics is universal. The same principles that apply to a real car applies to a fictional car as well. If you look at the laser car, the physics are realistic but the technology is not (yet?).
It's not a fact that standard cars are not acceptable, it's an opinion. And there are different opinions on that matter. However, the standard cars had a bigger role to play in GT5 because of the shuffle racing. In GT6 it feels like it's more of a library. Personally I don't mind standard cars, especially not to race against them. It's more fun and immersive to drive premium cars because you get a detailed interior and all the light and shadow inside the cockpit, but some of my favourite cars are standards so I would miss them if they were gone from the game.
GT7 is all speculations. There's almost nothing known about the game at this point so it's kind of pointless to speculate on how well it will sell. Also, where was the Ford GT40 Mk I copy-pasted from? Where was the SLS AMG GT3 copy-pasted from? Where was the Audi R18 copy-pasted from? Where was the Alpine A110 copy-pasted from? And so on and so forth. Sure, you can isolate certain parts of the game and say that these could be done better and you can even claim that it's "lazy work" but if you look at the full picture you need to realise that upgrading 800 models (which means you need to remodel them from scratch because you can't simply add more polygons to a low quality model and make it high quality) is a monumental task. Is it lazy not to build the pyramids?
Modelling and programming is not the same. Some assets were modelled years ago, but the game wasn't programmed years ago. The standard car mesh is imported from earlier games, but that's all.
I agree that the track editor would be awesome to have and a livery editor would be even greater. I must have missed the part when they boasted about a livery editor though.
I don't understand any of this, so I'm not so sure that it's something we can safely say: "We can safely say like GT5 pre-luanch that was purely used to help sell it, it just taking the piss."
My experience is not that GT5 servers were more reliable than GT6 servers. I used to get disconnected a lot from GT5 but in GT6 I'm rarely disconnected from a lobby. I used to need a wired connection in GT5 but now I'm on wifi. But maybe it's just my internet connection that has improved?
I think GT needs more racing, not less. The rolling starts where the leader is already half a lap ahead of you (out of a 5 lap race) is what is ruining the racing experience in my opinion. Under those conditions it simply isn't enough to be the fastest driver on the grid to win, you need to be so much faster than everyone else to stand a chance at the podium. Racing is fun when it's close, gains should be measured in 10th or 100th of a second. You can still get that if you find a good lobby online, but the single player experience needs to be changed to accomplish that as well. The first step would be to have the entire grid starting together. But I also like the idea of more free driving, to have a sandbox mode. Just not on the expense of having less racing content.
