On Wednesday evening my 360 packed up after 14 months of trouble free gaming. It was giving me the 'AV cable error' four flashing red lights. Everything I tried failed to make it work again and I found that the problem isn't covered in the extended warranty. So, off I went last night and purchased a the 360 Elite (the black one) with 120GB HDD and HDMi output and cable. It was the only one they had in stock and $475 for something I already have seems ridiculous, but I just can't stay away from playing COD4 any longer. If I am able to fix my old 360 at some point, at least I'll be able to set it up in another room and play them over LAN when friends come around.
Question: Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer the contents of my old HDD to the new one?
