Almost everything is dirt cheap in the U.S. It is for this reason that I am going to move to the U.S. Their petrol is only $100 a barrel as well.

Did GM even make AWD cars up until very recently with Cadillacs? I know there were some SUV's like the Bravada but I don't recall any cars. And you don't need AWD in the snow, most of us get along just fine with FWD.

Yeah I don't think they did unless you count Saab and SUVs. But err, that post was in the wrong thread.......... So you don't need AWD to get through heavy snow? Cool.

PS- HSV had an AWD Monaro based Coupe a few years back. It sucked cause of its weight.

They've got the Adventra now. That's been out for a few years. Does that count as recent?

Adventra is recent, but has been discotinued as well.
This is a great help guys. I've used overseas classifieds a couple times now.
