oversteer setting

when i first started to drift in gt4 i used a diffrent setting and i still use it now but the question is has anyone used a setting like mine?
i use the traction control at 1 and the asm understreer at 20. to me it makes the car easy to drift becuse all you need to do is get any car and fix the settings and its done. ive drifted an 86 stock without changing the oil to drift with this setting. and this setting also makes FF cars drift well too.

talk to anyone thats pro level(or near pro level), you wont see ANY aids being used. aids hinder a persons ability to progress and get better because they think what they are doing is the right way, when in essence its wrong. its wrong because the aids do all the work for you.
i suggest turning the aids off and start praticing. it will be really different, but in the long run you will end up being better than if you had used aids to get you to the same place.
i can drift an ae86 with only exhaust and chip, stock suspension, LSD and stock everything else. aids didnt get me to where i am today, i myself got me to where i am today. you dont see the best drifters in the world(in real life) use any kind of aids, the only traction control they have is their right foot.
 
well i use the setting only one of my ae86s and a ff trueno but thats about it. right now im tring to drift a s13 with only an oil change and 1.5 lsd with out any aids, and i will agree that it dose feel alot diffrent without aids, but i was just asking if anyone has used a setting like that.
 
If you know how to feint, try the Nissan Skyline( or most of them ) will drift like nothing. 👍

yeah, and if you want to be different, you can do power over with Gran Turismo GT-R. 938bhp+ATTESA-ETS pro= very sideways.

I agree 100%. I learned how to drift in GT4 with AIDS off.
 
im geting the hang of drifting my s13 but at 2:00 my game, which had over 1000 cars and my best setting cars like my mr2 with 398 hp that did a time of 147.5 at Costa Di Almafi, corrupted and i had to restart. right now i want to send my ps2 out a window into a pit of hell. but i think i kind of disserve this sence i cheated :) all licences and money! but i think this means i can restart on all of my drifting cars.

Damn that suxs. Happened to me too, but I had less than have of a % completed then. LOL:lol:
