im still confused how to get the red bull x1. i want to ask if you reach the lvl 35 in bspec is it free or i mean it is mine or in my garage? or you have to buy it in dealerships? and add on question ... what race in b spec can give you a lot of xp?? thanks.

If you have several B-Spec drivers on share, your friends can host remote races and use your drivers. It's an easy way to get cash & B-Spec XP.

Well it's frustrating and boring to begin with. I barely have any progress with it on my current account. I could care less if I have an S.Vettel Red Bull or not.

PD was actually clever in coming up with B-spec, all of the best prize cars (and ones you need for a-spec) require b-spec completion

So if youre smart you'll do them concurrently

Well, you can start by adding friends who do B-spec automatically. Check this thread out: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=164385

This way, you can level up without actually having to do anything.

Or you can just cycle through the UCD till you find them/get enough cash & XP from boring a-spec races. And if you want to be cheaty, use hacks.
