"P" What does it mean

This site is invaluable and I've found many answers to many questions.

With that said, I finally started B-Spec and was wondering what the "P" means on Bob's in game mood indicator? I'm at level 8 and it hasn't illuminated yet. My first thought was 'pass' but I'm not sure. Thanks for the help.

You mean in this "view", right?

If so, it's indicating if the driver's pitting on the current lap .
