I don't tend to download peoples personal music and video creations from anywhere, and I can't for the life of me think of a single P2P network where downloading licensed music and videos is legal.

Obviously a forum is not one, my question still remains, what programs do you use to dl your files?

i use utorrent or my routers built in torrent and ftp downloader to download files.

oh, and about the aup, as long as you use it to download freeware it's not illegal
