London becomes crazier each day when it comes to supercars. Recently this one-off Pagani Zonda 760 VR Roadster was spotted for the very first time in London. This particular car might be one of the best looking Pagani Zonda Roadster out there, thanks to the perfect color combination of bare carbon fiber, dark blue and the light blue stripes.

The hypercar features 760 bhp and has been completely custom designed to the customer’s wishes, who named it VR. These letters might work the same way as they do with the 760 LH from Lewis Hamilton. Any ideas who could be owner of this brilliant piece of Italian art?

The 760 horsepower comes from the powerful V12 AMG engine. The sound is absolutely mental, check out the video of TheTFJJ below.

Is this just another "special edition" Pagani Zonda? I thought they were done with the Zonda?

They were done with "Mass-produced" Zondas, but they will still make one-off special editions under request.

Right. Pretty cool colour scheme. Similar to the Tricolore.

I updated but I don't think it's new underneath. But definetly it's unique livery is extremly sexy
 
I don't understand why people don't buy Huayras, and get custom detailing done on those instead. It might be because I've seen so many of them, but I'm starting to feel that the Zonda's showing it's 16 year age.

The C12/S looks 15 years old, I still think the Gen 2 Zonda (Zonda F - 760VR) still looks good today.

I disagree. Zonda is timeless but people like agressiveness lately for these one off models. I want one off similar to first Zondas. Still looks better than P1, LaFerrari and 918 combined.

I meant that Zondas are becoming bit too agressive. I would like a more subtle one off similar to C12s

IMO, the aggressiveness of the Zondas of late are helping it age quite well. Looking at the 760 VR, you wouldn't know that the model is actually 16 years old.

If they still made the model look like the C12's, it probably would show its age much more.

I don't want entire group of C12 inspired Zondas but one wouldn't hurt. IMO I don't think that all these editions will be remembered in 15 years as much as timeless they are. Unless somebody makes them popular. And I hope. But I still want a less agressive Zonda edition.
They should totally move on to Huayra too. Unless they are preparing something that will be an absolute masterpiece. That something could be a new Huayra trim or totally new model. Pagani just knows when to release something and impress us all, even if it's a different coloured Zonda. I like Pagani because of that.

They won't be remembered as much as the 'main-series' Zondas (i.e. F, R, Cinque, Tricolore).

Unfortunately, it probably won't happen. The Huayra is the closest thing to a sedate Zonda that you would get.

They have. Two Huayras have been made- the "La Mona Lisa" and the 730 S.

Well, the original Huayra has sold out, but I do know that Pagani are planning to release a Huayra roadster at some point in the next two years; they'll be showing it at the Geneva Motor Show in 2016. After that, they'll probably release a Huayra R. And after the Huayra R, there will be a multitude of 'aggressive' Huayras before Pagani are ready to release their new model.
 
@TS040Hybrid WOW that La Monza Lisa is something! Thanks for the info. I agree that sedate Zonda is very unlikable and that Huayra successor won't come soon. And Huayra isn't even in it's peak!
 
If people are buying a Pagani based on styling then I am not surprised the Zonda lives on, as it looks taut and lean, whereas the Huayra is surprisingly bloated with the front being the worst part. To me it looks like they couldn't stop designing it.
