I don't mean livery editor. I mean, ok. You can Paint an Audi R8 in McLaren Orange. Does that mean you can say, earn and take the paint/livery of a Race car, say the PD Ford Spec II Test car and apply it to something like the MP4-12C?

I'm actually finding that many cars including the base Dodge Viper GTS standard car can't be painted, but RM cars can be painted. Kinda WTF?
