Paint jobs

Does anyone know how to get these amazing paint jobs? I've seen so many from dewalt logos to wolf's and such like. They are not in my pain list at all and I've looked everywhere for them. How can I get my hands on these amazing paint jobs if anyone knows. Tia
 
When you are on a selected decal or livery, there should be an option near the lower right side of the image saying "add to collection". This should allow you to use whatever it is at your discretion.

I really can't see anything like that. I can go through all the paints and decal and I'm sure with some great imagination you could use the decals provided to do some awesome paint jobs but I've seen on track on some cars some amazing paint jobs that just can't be done from the list I have. I really have no clue as to how to get some. I really want it lol

Does it matter that I'm on gt planet on my phone and not ps4? Only ask coz I'm just wondering how I get it from my phone to the ps?

Click the button that says add to collection.

Then load up gtsport and follow my cursors.

If you have done all that already, then you should be able to go to your home, select the car in question, go to the 'choose livery' screen and they should be there for selection.
