I didn't know that, why is the Lime Chrome, or any other, not tradable?
I had though all chrome wasn't, unless on a car that was sent.

Only Gold Chrome and Silver Chrome are sendable as paint chips. All other colors of Chrome are DLC, and therefore only sendable on a car that has been painted.
