Painted Stock Wheel Glitch

I am trying to get all the premium models which could have the standard wheels painted. Obviously I want the cars to have painted wheels, I have the Maserati with black stock wheels can anyone help me out with the other cars please?
I'm 100% collectables also have every nonpaintable model in every colour and every tradeable car all up for trade
