Painting standard rims?

[BRADZZZ11]

I know before there was a glitch/exploit that allowed you to paint the standard rims on a car. I never did this as it had previously never interested me. However, I now wish to paint the standard rims of a car and I don't know how to do it, if you can at all.
Can somebody tell me if you can do it and if so, how please? Many thanks.💡

Read the whole topic (page 7), can't miss it.

You can better ask someone to trade you for, instead of doing it yourself, cause it's not worth the time...
