**PAL (Euro) F1 Cars**

I'm really, really pi$$ed to find out that the PAL (Euro) version of GT3 has only two different Formula One Cars. How $hit is that!!!:mad:

Both cars have exactly the same BHP - 789.
Both cars weigh exactly the same 540 kgs.
The Polyphony 001 has a V10 non turbo engine.
The Polyphony 002 has a V6 turbo engine.

However the Poly001 is far better than the Poly002 for some reason. I want to know why they have made such a cluster **** out of the PAL version. For what reason did they do this??

There are 14 opportunities to win different F1 cars in the game but who wants to win the same bloody car over & over again!! Not me. I would feel less cheated if they didn't put F1's in the game at all.:mad:
 
if this is true than this sucks large...

i am trying to collect them all as my friend says there are 6 to collect... but if you want more out of you f1 car when you get a new one go and change its oil staight away befor you do anything else with the car and this will give you a free bhp boost.
 
Its true there are only 2 F1 cars in the PAL version of the game which i think is a right bit of crap mainly cause we invented F1!

i completed all 100% of the game and now have about 8 verisons of each damn car and ive only ever used 2 of them for the F1 Championship
 
this is bad news..... do you mean to say that i have to get my ps2 chipped and get the game imported just so as i can get all the extras from gt3 ???:o :o :o :o

Is one of the polyphony cars the Lotus John Player Special??? What car did u when the F1 Chamionship with Preternaturnal Terror? I won it with the 787b i won by 1 point, i was so lucky to win the title.
 
Hi, I understand from Sony, it was because of legal reasons & licencing (fact).
