I will be updating this thread later with a detailed comparison between the PAL licence times and the GT.DE Database times and you will see that there is a massive difference in lots of tests! Been playing it over the last few days since getting it a few weeks early and noticed a few differences right away as I was having a licence battle with a freind in the USA who will also contribute his times for comparing
here's an example ..
IB 13 - Cornering - Ford Focus RS - El Capitan
Gold time for China / Japan NTSC = 31.500
Gold time for UK PAL = 29.700
There is many more tests with time differences and some of them are to PAL advantage for example IB10 @ HongKong has NTSC gold at 1.54.000 and UK PAL gold is 1.54.500 ... seems it is happening all over again and for what reason??
I will detail every PAL licence test time tonight and post all the comparisons with China / Japan times for all to see 👍
