Panoz-Élan Technologies DP09 2008

The DP09 is an open wheel formula car that was developed by Panoz and Élan Technologies for the one-make Superleague series. Its structural design was loosely based on Panoz' DP01 open wheel race car, and it debuted in 2008 at Donington Park. It is powered by a 4.2 litre Menard V12 that is mated to a 6-speed Hewland semi-automatic gearbox.

It would be very cool for fans of the unique Panoz marque (such as myself) to have access to a car that would be truly competitive in the highest levels of Gran Turismo racing...

I admit that I had not heard of this before. A V12 open-wheel race is certainly deserving of a Like.
