Paramedic Missions

Has anyone done Level 12 Paramedic missions? I have. Now for the story:

Level 1: too easy

Level 2: easy

Level 3: nearly rolled it on its roof while picking up one of the patients ; rolled it back over and kept driving.

Levels 4-11: no problems; a few patients were on Starfish Island

Level 12: almost rolled it over while trying to pick up a lighthouse patient; rolled it back over and drove to the hospital

Celebration: ran into a bunch of crap until it blew up

Once i accidently ran over a victim, so i started the paramedic mission again and the first patient to pick up was the guy i ran over! It also happened when i jacked a taxi once, the first client i got was the taxi driver that i knocked out the ride.

Once i got two Hoes into my Patiot, dunno how i did it though!
