Have you ever rolled while racing? What's the general procedure when you roll over, I've been told to cross your arms and grab your harness but most people I've seen roll over just keep hold of the steering wheel.

Most of the time it hurts some people, I have rolled my car before and I kind of hurt my back afterwords. He was pretty happy because he didnt have to fix all of the broken part on that thing. I would have been pissed if I rolled a car like that and I had to pay for everything. With or without sponsorship, that wreck cost a lot of money.

btw,when I roll,I still hold onto the steering wheel, but my grip is loose

I think it's the split-second you have to react. You don't have TIME to think, it's not like your Fighter jet undergoes an engine failure and you have time to eject. Often, you're trying to correct, and suddenly, you're upside down and you're being thrown around. Guys often don't know what's going on 'till they land!

When I rolled my car it was more like:
