Paused game bug

was just doing a-spec free practice round trial mountain there, paused the game to exit, action stopped but no icons came up to continue, restart, quick options or exit. has never happened me before but has now after 1.12.....

anybody else suffering the same thing???
 
I've never seen such a strange bug on the exit menu... Can't you get back to free practicing pressing X? No reaction?
 
This happened to me quite a few times actually in A-spec and B-spec. I usually know right away because the race starts with no music.
 
X doesnt work - the only thing to get away from the frozen screen is start to unpause. i did notice as well that when i started into the practice there was no sound and also no digits on my speedo for no longer than a second. almost like it needed loading time.

GTM - had you experienced this before the recent updates???
