I need two pc builds both low tier, go as low as possible one for video editing and web design and the other for music production. Before it's asked yes it's homework I'm not asking for anyone to complete this for me but some pointers towards what software I should use, hardware I can work out but I've no idea to what kind of software I need. It's even more annoying as I need to have 9 systems altogether so this tier should be ****.
