I need some help with my pc.

It is running really slow. I have discovered that disk usage is the problem not memory or cpu usage. The problem is it won't say what is using it.

I have 4 possible suspects based on when it spikes and the displayed data usage.

1. Google Chrome.
2. Service host local system
3. Antimalware executional. (This appears to be a windows process and gives me the instability warning if I try and close it.)
4. Avast anti virus. I can't seem to get it off my pc either.

System Specs?
Memory Leak?

I would suspect it is the anti malware anti virus combo you got running

Go to Services.msc and disable the anti virus and anti malware services for windows

Service Host Which i assume is svchost.exe is a known pain in the ass.
In windows 7 it use to go to 1.2GB of memory useage and take 100% of the CPU core until microstupid released an update to patch it
